Santa Ana Boulevard, Suites 103, 107, and 220, in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, for lease term ending July 31, 2010, as held -over, at a <br />current monthly rental of $7,449.00. <br />With mutual consent, the State of California acting through the Department of General Services, <br />Tenant; and the City of Santa Ana, Lessor; agree to terminate said lease effective 11,59pm, <br />May 21, 2018. In the event the tenant falls to completely vacate the premises on or before <br />May 21, 2018, additional rent shall be paid and prorated on the thirty (30) day monthly based on <br />the actual number of days the tenant occupies the premises following the effective date of <br />termination. <br />If this letter meets your approval, please Indicate your agreement by signing this document and <br />each of the four copies at the bottom of the page.
