In addition, most of the Orange County cities have also been clients, The work done for these clients includes: • Cost Allocation Plans (citywide, countywide, and department -specific) • Indirect Cost Rate Proposals (ICRP's) • Development of Fully Burdened Hourly Rates • User Fee/Cost-of-Service Studies It Is fair to say that our project team is among the most experienced in the country. The combination of the experience gained specifically with Santa Ana Public Works, and generally with other large agency clients, makes MGT uniquely qualified to successfully complete this project.
