LARDAS, APPLICANT <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on March 12, 2018 and notices <br />mailed March 12, 2018. <br /> <br />Case Planner Flores provided a presentation which included the history of the property, <br />project description and overview of the architectural style. Discussion ensued regarding <br />the steel case window. Chairperson Christy opened the Public Hearing. There were no <br />speakers and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2017-35 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2017-34. <br /> <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute Historic Property Preservation Agreement No. 2017-39 with <br />Robert H. Fairchild and Christine M.
