Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2017-45 and approving Historic Register Categorization No. 2017-44. <br /> <br />2. HISTORIC RESOURCES EVALUATION PRACTICES <br /> <br />Senior Planner McCann provided a presentation which included information on the <br />following: <br /> <br /> Criteria of selection <br /> Architectural style <br /> Character defining features <br /> Building research and eligibility for local register <br /> <br />Examples of questionable properties were also reviewed. Commission discussion <br />ensued regarding the impact of property additions on the property’s eligibility to be placed <br />on the historic register. Commission agreed that questionable properties should be <br />brought forward to the Commission for consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />7.
