The parties entered into Agreement #A-20t6-193 ("Agreement"), by which Fleet agreed provide GPS <br />Equipment and related support services to the City for the tarns of .July 0, 2016 through July 5, 2019 <br />per the rates provided in Attachment A to the Agreement. The Agreement is still in effect. <br />[1, The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to reflect a reduced rite schedule for per -month fees <br />related to the hardware units activated or installed for the City. <br />The Parties therefore agree- <br />1.
