In addition, during the approximately two hours they are in our office, the candidates are <br />continually monitored for their appearance (with the City dress code in mind), behavior <br />and ability to follow directions. As the candidates are "auditioning for work," our belief is <br />that their workplace behavior is as good as it will be, thus, what we experience is what <br />you, the client, will experience. All of our candidates/Specialists must successfully pass <br />both parts of our assessments: scientific as well as in -office experiential assessments <br />administered and evaluated only by our highly -skilled CSP certified Helpmates City <br />Team. <br />Helpmates will provide a comprehensive catalog of clerical, office, accounting and other <br />related administrative support service options to the City. Helpmates further agrees to; <br />• Compare job requirements with worker qualifications and will email resume and <br />test results of temps as requested. <br />• Provide appropriate method to match the City's needs within the specified time <br />frames. <br />• Coordinate all schedule work dates with City at least one business day before the <br />start of assignment. <br />• Provide a detailed proposal and invoice, according to the specifications prescribed <br />by the City department, which will include the City Agreement Number. <br />As additional clarity, the following outlines our extensive pre-employment background <br />check process and ensure the following prior to recommending any Temp for placement <br />to the City: <br />• Ensure that work authorization has been obtained and is current for individuals <br />referred to the City for assignment via I-9 (employment eligibility verification) <br />• Ensure that Live Scan fingerprinting and/ or background check have been <br />processed, completed and passed (if requested by the City) <br />• Ensure that temporary worker(s) recommended for an assignment meet all <br />essential job function and minimum qualification requirements for the various <br />types of services <br />• Ensure that typing speed is at least 30 wpm and Microsoft Office abilities have <br />been tested and are met with positive results as required <br />• Ensure that temporary worker is bilingual when this is requirement for assignment <br />• Integrity Testing — online at Helpmates offices <br />• Reference Checks — personally conducted by Helpmates Team <br />• Employment gap checks — personally confirmed by Helpmates Team <br />• Personal Interviews — personally conducted by Helpmates Team <br />• E -Verify — online conducted by Helpmates Team before starting any assignment <br />• Social Security Checks — completed by Helpmates Team at time of first payroll <br />All of the screening checks are conducted on every potential Helpmates Specialist that <br />will work for Helpmates at the City.
