Determine best method and timing for Helpmates to follow up with assigned <br />Specialist <br />Communication Options <br />• Telephone — both office and personal cell, if appropriate <br />• Email <br />• Text to smart phones/tablets <br />• Fax <br />• Skype, Face Time or other similar conferencing tools <br />Response Plan <br />• Within 30 minutes of receipt, all orders will be acknowledged and a progress <br />update provided <br />• We will follow up with the City within two (2) hours to report status of providing <br />name(s) of temporary workers who have the skills required for the assignment. <br />for City approval and based on the above, generally can confirm a qualified <br />employee within two hours. <br />• Once a candidate is selected, and the hourly pay rate has been agreed upon, <br />Helpmates shall provide City with a detailed proposal to include the specific job <br />description, the hourly pay rate for the temporary worker, and the markup rate. The <br />City will then sign the proposal in approval. All invoices must include the <br />agreement number. <br />We have the capability and flexibility to accommodate what is easiest for the City, <br />both now and as circumstances and procedures change. <br />In addition Helpmates understands and agrees; <br />• The City reserves the right to end a Temp's assignment if work performed is <br />substandard, attendance is poor, or for other business related reasons. We shall <br />remove any temporary worker from assignment at City's request, and at the time <br />requested by City and provide replacement temporary worker if required by City. <br />• We shall be responsible for all decisions concerning matters of hiring, firing, <br />discipline, payroll practices, employee benefits such as vacation, sick and other <br />leave benefits. Temporary workers provided by Helpmates shall be considered <br />employees of the Helpmates and shall in no sense be considered employees of <br />agents of the City. <br />• We shall be responsible for communication with temporary workers with respect <br />to their duties as employees of Helpmates. <br />• We will provide City with testing resources for regular status positions as <br />requested. These services shall be provided at the rates set forth in Proposal <br />Pricing Sheet. <br />• Individual temporary workers are not permitted to work more than 960 hours in <br />any fiscal year period (July 1 - June 30). <br />Helpmates Staffing Services 14 RFP 18-009 Response <br />251-118 <br />
