Our account management approach incorporates <br />implementation, transitioning of current temporary employees and/or on-site support as needed. <br />Job Order Fulfillment <br />The job order filling procedures at AppleOne are based on our in-depth knowledge of the needs of Government <br />entities and dedication to gaining and maintaining an understanding of your unique staffing needs. In addition, <br />AppleOne can customize our recruitment and matching processes according to projected staffing requirements <br />in order to further ensure that qualified candidates are available. <br />Candidate Sourcing and Assessment <br />One of the reasons forAppleOne's continued success in quickly supplying high-quality staff is our recruiting and <br />matching processes. AppleOne employs management practices designed to quickly recruit and hire skilled <br />professionals for any position, which is critical to our business success. <br />Background Screening <br />Prior to sending an employee to work forthe City, the AppleOne Account Management team, in conjunction <br />with the appropriate the City representative(s), will evaluate what pre-employment background screening will <br />be utilized. AppleOne assures the City that our screening services will meet the most rigorous requirements. <br />Quality Assurance <br />To ensure that our performance meets the City requirements, AppleOne will use the processes established in <br />our proven Quality Control Program. The overall purpose of AppleOne's Quality Control Program is to guarantee <br />that AppleOne provides its clients, such as the City, with the level of service they expect from a leader in the <br />employment services industry. <br />Billing and Invoicing <br />AppleOne will process all time sheets and paychecks and provide the City with accurate, concise and timely <br />invoices.
