HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Tim Johnson, addressed the City Council to find solution to the problems of the City and <br />homeless problems. Urged City Council to work with the county and all Orange County cities. <br />COUNCIL RECESSED to Room 147 for Closed Session discussion at 4:11 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without <br />members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in <br />open session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -- EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to <br />paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code: <br />a. Orange County Catholic Worker, et al. v.
