Within 1.45 Das of Effective Date (September 23, 2018 of ENA <br />2nd Plan Review <br />Staff will review plans for compliance with applicable codes and <br />regulations. Project Manager will submit a letter summarizing staff <br />comments to Developer. <br />Within 155 Days of Effective Date (October 3, 2018) of ENA <br />Draft DDA <br />Parties will complete negotiations and draft Disposition and <br />Development Agreement. <br />Final Revisions <br />Parties will finalize revisions to development proposal and all <br />relevant materials. <br />Within 170 Days of Effective Date October 18, 2018 of ENA <br />City and Hearings <br />Developer and Staff will present development proposal and DDA to <br />City for final review and approvals by governing bodies. <br />EXHIBIT "C <br />-2- <br />
