A-2016-042 <br />EC] U <br />1 AMENDMENT NO.1 TO <br />2 COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO, C-1-2486 <br />3 BETWEEN <br />4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />5 AND <br />6 THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />7 FOR <br />8 SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM <br />9 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is effective this day of 2016 by and <br />10 between the Orange County Transportation Authority (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and the <br />11 City of Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as "CITY"). Herein, AUTHORITY and CITY are sometimes <br />12 individually referred to as the "PARTY" and collectively as the "PARTIES." <br />13 WITNESSETH: <br />14 WHEREAS, by Agreement No, C-1-2486 dated June 9, 2011, AUTHORITY and CITY entered <br />15 into a contract to provide the Senior Mobility Program concerning senior transportation services; and <br />16 WHEREAS, both PARTIES have agreed to revise the Exhibit A, SCOPE OF WORK; <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that <br />18 Agreement No. C-1-2486 is hereby amended in the following particular only: <br />19 Amend EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF WORK: Section 1, is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />20 by the following: <br />21 1, The City of Santa Ana (City) shall utilize funding provided by the Orange County <br />22 Transportation kAhority (OCTA) and Its local match to provide the following services: <br />23 Transportation for residents 60 years of age and older for senior center classes/nutrition, <br />24 shopping, personal care, special events, and social activities/recreation.
