CSG PaePM5ALTe SANTAAM <br />MAcoNePawerr <br />NEPA/CEQA Environmental Clearance <br />CSG has the internal staff which can assist with the environmental services fur this project. The proposed <br />project appears to qualify for a CEQA Categorical Exclusion, and a NEPA categorical Exemption. it is <br />understood that the City will be obtaining CEQA clearance in this case, and LSA will complete the NEPA. <br />review and submit the associated completed forms to Caltrans. <br />The work Includes coordlnation'with the City, the development of technical mamos, and coordinating with <br />the Caltrans Environmental sector of Local Assistance. CSG will work with the City to ensure timely <br />completion and submittal of the required technical memoranda to Caltrans. <br />CS4`s scope and fee Is based on the following anticipated submittals to Caltrans: <br />• Staging Area Technical Memo <br />• Traffic Technical Memo <br />• Hazardous Waste.technicalMemo <br />•. Water Quality Technical Memo <br />CSG's scopeand feeds based on the followlnil pnticipated technical memoranda: <br />• Biological Resources . AlrQuallty <br />• cultural Resources • Visual Resources <br />• Noise Technical Memo <br />flight of Way and Utility Certification <br />Ifthe project requires right 15y way acquisition, C46 will coordinate with the right of wayteam in the <br />development and submittal of the.required documentation to.Caltrans Right ofWay division. The Local <br />Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) Exhibits and documehts involved in this process may be developed by <br />CSG to be submitted by the project sponsor. The deliverables for this subtask include: <br />• LAPM Exhibit 19A or 13D Right of Wey certification <br />• project Engineer's Certification of Utility Facilities <br />e LAPM Exhibit 14D 446tiee to Owners (Sent to all the utility owners In the project area) <br />LAPM Exhibit 141 Local Agency Utility Owner Spacial Agraernont <br />976 Roquest for Authorization to Proceed with Constraet.ion <br />Once the environmental clearance is provided and the Right of Way Certification is approved, CSG will <br />complete the following tasks and prepare the following documents for the project.sponsor to submit their <br />"tib Request for Authorization to Proceed with construction." The forms will be reviewed and coordinated <br />with the project sponsor for accuracy prior to submittal to Caltrans Local Assistance.
