<br />design, new sewer, water line, electrical undergrounding, storm drain, construction of a new RCB box
<br />culvert for the Riverside Canal, extensive utility relocations and right-of-way acquisition.
<br />Safe Routes to schools (SRTS) Pedestrian Improvements at Four Schools, Santa Monica, CA. Project
<br />manager for engineering design services for the City of Santa MAnica's Safe Routes to School (SRTS)

<br />Pedestrian program, which includes SRTS improvements at four schools; John Adams and Lincoln
<br />Middle Schools, Roosevelt Elementary School, and the Will Rogers Learning Community. The
<br />s
<br />Improvements Include curb extensions (buibouts), upgraded crosswalks, rectangular rapid flashing
<br />beacons and revised traffic signal operations. The City is utilizing Capital Improvement Project (CIP)'
<br />Funds to Implement the Improvements:

<br />McBean Parkway Median Alignment, City of Santa Clarita, CA. Project manager for the preparation of
<br />an updated concept plan, final pians, technical specifications and estimate (PS&E) for proposed street
<br />improvements of the McBean Parkway, a major six -lane arterial highway in the City of Sante Clarita
<br />Y
<br />that extends from interstate S (1•5) on the west to Copper Will Drive on the east with a posted speed
<br />limit of 45 mph Within the project limits.
<br />Sig ATP Projects, Bureau of Engineering, City of Los Angeles, CA. Provided staff augmentation to City
<br />staff for the pre -design, design and provision for technical assistance during construction associated

<br />with the delivery of six projects funded through the ATP that have a combined construction cost of $23
<br />Million. The effort included four Safe Routes to Schools Infrastructure Improvements projects,
<br />Hollywood Western Pedestrian improvements and City of Los Angeles Little Tokyo Pedestrian Safety
<br />Improvements,
<br />Cloverfield Boulevard Widening and Improvements, PS&E, City of Santa Monica, CA. Project manager
<br />for the widening of Cloverfieid Boulevard to allow for three travel lanes in each direction. This project
<br />was the second phase of a two-phase project and Included Cloverfield Boulevard from Michigan
<br />Avenue to Colorado Avenue. Work included street design, traffic signals, right-of-way engineering,
<br />property appraisals, landscape and Irrigation, street lighting and widening/narrowing of streets to
<br />Improve circulation.
<br />Railroad Avenue improvements, pS&E, City of Santa Clarita, CA. Project manager for design and right-
<br />of-way services for improvements to Railroad Avenue. The project included the realignment of Railroad
<br />Avenue, reconstruction, drainage Improvements, the Installation of new traffic signals/street
<br />pavement
<br />lighting, landscaping and right-of-way acquisition,
<br />Via Princesse Extension, Project Study Report Equivalent (PSRE), City of Santa Clarita, CA. Project
<br />manager responsible for the preparation of a PSRE for a 3.Q -mile extension of the Via Princessa
<br />between Claibourne Lane and Rainbow Glen Drive. This new arterial roadway Is a critical link in the
<br />City's transportation network. The PSRE was prepared In response to LA Metro's Cali for Projects and
<br />included alternative alignment studies, cost estimates, environmental analysis and traffic studies,
