He brings expert -level knowledge of the Caltrans "Local Assistance Procedures Manual" <br />and relevant federal regulations and documentation. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Cherry Avenue Widening, 19th Street to 230 Feet South of PCH, City of Signal Hili, CA. Resident <br />engineer for $1.6 -million federally funded project to increase the overall efficiency of the Cherry <br />Avenue -PCH Intersection. Services were provided in accordance with federal standards and <br />requirements, as outlined in the Caltrans LAPM. The project added two traffic lanes, one southbound, <br />the other northbound, on Cherry between PCH and 19th Street, new traffic signals requiring pendulum <br />hung temporary traffic signals over PCH, 300 linear feet of new 24 -inch storm drain with two catch <br />basins, three manholes and a tie-in to an existing 60 -inch L.A. County storm drain. The improvements <br />extended the two-lane configuration along Cherry south to PCH to resolve a major bottleneck between <br />Long Beach and Signal Hill. The project required public relations and coordination of temporary <br />construction easements on 13 residential and commercial properties, as well as moving large <br />commercial signs on a fueling station project being condemned. Close coordination was required with <br />the cities of Long Beach and Signal Hill, the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, Caltrans (for <br />permitting and local assistance), Long Beach Transit, Long Beach Oil and Gas and five additional <br />affected utilities. <br />Drake Soccer Field, City of Long Beach, CA, project manager overseeing construction of soccer field. <br />The project involves demolition and grading, installation of drainage system for new park, basketball <br />court, synthetic soccer field, constructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curb <br />ramps, driveways, replacing and overlaying pavement with asphalt paving, park furnishings, lighting <br />and electrical service, landscape and irrigation for an 8 -acre site. <br />Oso Creek Multi -else Trall, City of Laguna Niguel, CA. Quality assurance/quality control manager for <br />this $3 -million project providing construction management and inspection services for this project. The <br />project includes new contiguous bicycle and pedestrian/equestrian trails, stormwater control and <br />treatment best management practices, landscaping, lighting and street improvements. The project <br />extends on Oso Creek Channel between the Laguna Niguel Metrolink station and the Three Flags <br />commercial center. The location is partially on city street right-of-way and partially on Orange County <br />Flood Control District right-of-way. APP has provided grant funding services primarily using an Orange <br />County Transportation Authority Tier 2 Environmental Cleanup Program and a State Water Resources <br />Control Board Proposition 84 stormwater grant. <br />Broadway (SR -133) Streetscape Improvements (CIP Project No. 249), City of Laguna Beach, CA. <br />Resident engineer for this $321,000 federally funded landscaping and scenic beautification project that <br />Included a storm drain, hardscape, landscape and Irrigation, public art and pedestrian improvements <br />along Broadway Street/SR-133 from Cliff Drive to Forest Avenue. <br />RESUMES -APPENDIX Page 6 <br />25E-402 <br />ANDERSON TLNNA <br />
