<br />then 30 years of experience in water and wastewater design engineering for both iorg"oale capital Improvement projects and
<br />small infrastructure improvement projects. Ne has a broad range of project experience with a focus on pipellnes; pump stations,
<br />reservoirs, end treatment.
<br />Understanding both the project requirementsandscopeof work requested bythe City, we have'saleoted Pogo" Me be
<br />N{knafs, Pa as your team Jaeger forprojem under Oenead Engineering other than Water Rasources (Option S). Mr. Niknafs
<br />has both managed and directed similar projects throughout Southern California and has more than 30 years of oivii deaign
<br />engineering experience with a focus on street Improvements, including re.hablikation, reconstruotlon, intersection widening and
<br />parkway improvements, He is supported by a team of highly edooated engineers and designers as well as our carefully chosen
<br />subconsuitents, most of which have been working with us for the past eight years. Should the need arise; out entire staff of
<br />dedicated professionals could be made available to be of servios to the City.
<br />Resources: We are equipped with the personnel and resources required to meet the: City's schedule for any projects we
<br />undertake, and we have never missed a proieot deadline. We aro financially viable, and there are no conditions that may
