<br />this on-call contract, Darren will be supported by a team of experioncad engineers and subconsultant specialists who will
<br />act as task managers, providing backup to the project manager, as well as task,management and technical support for
<br />each task based on scope of work for each project,
<br />Darren will coordinate all team members' efforts and deliverables, including those of our subconsuitants. Before a project
<br />starts, he will conduct a project scoping meeting with all respective team members to brainstorm the project issues to
<br />make sure their experience matches the requirements of the project scope, Our team will also conduct.a project initloilon
<br />meeting with.. the.approprfate team members to coordinate the project plan including milestones, deliverables, and current
<br />project events, project coordination meetings will be scheduled depending upon the project duration to make sure the
<br />project remains on track with the project plan. Kimay-Hom will also review the work performed by suboo0sultants as part
<br />of our Quality Control standards.
