The undorsigned consultant or corporate officer, during the jigformance of tills contract cediRcs as

<br />thereto, and will permit access to his/her books, records, and amounts by the administering agency
<br />and the Secretary of Labor for purposes of lav"tigatiOn, to ascortain compliance with such rules,

<br />or with any of the said rules, replations, or orders, the contract may be canceled, terminated, or
<br />suspended In whole or in part and the Consultant may be declared ineligible for further. Government
