FILING A PROTEST <br />Intheeventof a dispute of the- decision ofthe Review- Panel,,proppse'rs�may file a "protest" with the City's <br />Community Development Agency. In, order for a Proposer's pr6test'to be considered valid, the protest must: <br />I . Be filed in writing within'five',(5) business days O"t notification of rejection; <br />2. Clearly identify -the specific irregularity or allegation; <br />3. Clearly identify the specific City staff determination'or recommendation being protested; <br />4. Specify, in,detail, the grounds of the protest and the facts supporting the protest; and <br />5. Includ6,all relevant, su�poTfing documentation w"ith'the protest at time of filing. <br />If the protest does not comply with each of'thdse requirements, it will be rejected as invalid. If the protest is <br />valid, the City Manager, or his/her designee, s�fiall review the basis of the protest and all relevant information. <br />The City Manager will Provide a W'rift6n decision to the protestor within fourteen (14) calendar days from <br />receipt of protest.
