TO <br />PROVIDE VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY SERVICES TO THE <br />SANTA ANA ZOO {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 5C) — Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />- an agreement with IDEXX Laboratories Inc. to provide veterinary <br />diagnostic laboratory services to the Santa Ana Zoo from June 5, 2018 <br />through June 4, 2019 with two, one-year renewal options for an amount <br />not to exceed $16,000 per year and a total agreement amount of $48,000, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney (AGMT. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH WOOD ENVIRONMENT AND <br />INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, INC., FOR COMMERCIALIINDUSTRIAL <br />INSPECTION AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1) — Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Wood Environment and Infrastructure <br />Solutions, Inc., formerly Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & <br />Infrastructure, Inc., to provide Environmental Consultant Services for the <br />Commercial and Industrial Inspection and Database Management program, <br />for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2018, and expiring June 30, 2021, <br />with provision for one 2-year extension exercisable by the City Manager <br />and the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $325,000 per year, <br />including an annual contingency of $78,735, for a total amount not to <br />exceed $975,000 during the three-year term, subject to non -substantive <br />changes by the City Manager and City Attorney(AGMT.
