Participants will be eligible for a $100 Gift Card <br />incentive if they have achieved one of the following goals toward post -secondary <br />education and provide supporting documentation of completion. <br />• Obtaining a Credential such as: Associates Degree or Certificate <br />• Registering for classes for spring or fall semester and FAFSA/Dream Act <br />Application <br />Post -Secondary Education for youth in Follow up: <br />• Obtaining a Credential: $25 Gift Card incentive <br />• .Registering for Fall or Spring classes: $25 Gift Card incentive <br />Rev:5/g/2018 <br />25H-57 <br />
