PROJECT ANALYSIS <br />The expansion of grade levels and overall site improvements <br /> <br />will provide a long-term social benefit to the community as the <br />facility will offer additional educational opportunities to <br />children in the area and provide a supportive and safe learning <br />environment. <br />No adverse impacts are anticipated as a result of the project’s <br /> <br />approval as no building expansion is proposed. <br />Existing spaces will be reallocated for use by the expanded <br /> <br />grade levels. <br />Traffic study was not required as the proposed expansion was <br /> <br />not to increase the physical size of the school <br />The site will continue to operate in compliance will all <br /> <br />applicable regulations and conditions imposed on a school <br />pursuant to Chapter 41 of the SAMC. <br />7 <br />
