JUN i4 2019 (M-30/Tl 1) <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT HELICOPTER SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />This First Amendment to Agreement is entered into this First day of May 2018, <br />which date is enumerated for purposes of reference only, by and between the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and <br />the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter <br />referred to as "COUNTY", to amend that certain Agreement between the parties <br />commencing July 1, 2017 hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" as follows: <br />1. For the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, in accordance with Section 4.01 <br />of the ANNUAL FLIGHT HOURS, COST and PAYMENT section of the Agreement, <br />Exhibit "A" is amended as attached hereto. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, to the extent that they are not in conflict with <br />this FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, remain unchanged. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
