the office of the City Manager, City Attorney or reports directly to an Executive team member with a <br />higher level of professionalism and experience. <br />Accounting and Financial Administrative Support <br />Temporary accounting support is responsible for but not limited to reconciling accounting records, <br />preparing accounting reports and budgets, reviewing and verifying payroll documents and compliance <br />documents for completeness, correct pay rate and reasonableness, producing reported work hours <br />summary reports, posting accounting entries, summarizing accounting records, accepting and processing <br />invoice payments. <br />Legal Secretary Support <br />Temporary legal secretary support performs a variety of complex and responsible legal secretarial and <br />clerical work involving specialized legal terminology, documents and procedures, Processes legal papers <br />and documents in accordance with established procedures and formats.
