RECEIVE AND FILE THE REAL PROPERTY DISPOSITION ADMINISTRATIVE <br />POLICY {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 5A} - Community Development Agency <br />Continued from the May 1, 2018 City Council meeting by a vote of 5-0 (Martinez <br />and Pulido absent). <br />The following spoke on the matter: <br />• Karen Romero Estrada, addressed City Council to expressed support for <br />land disposition policy that would serve both City and community interests, <br />facilitate equitable development, and ensure community benefit. <br />• Joese Hernandez, opined land is a valuable resource, land should be used <br />to address needs, and need to prioritize community benefit; opposed to item. <br />Councilmember Benavides, noted several community meetings held, proposed <br />policy reflects different priorities, and expressed interest in meeting with <br />community groups. <br />MOTION: Continue consideration of matter for 30 days. <br />MOTION: Benavides <br />VOTE: AYES: <br />SECOND: Tinajero <br />Benavides, Pulido, Sarmiento, Solorio, Tinajero, <br />Villegas (6) <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 30 JUNE 5, 2018 <br />
