CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Sarmiento: <br />• Provided update on Board of Supervisors meeting, Chairman Do's hostility <br />towards City staff, and ongoing concerns of outpatient homeless facility. <br />Councilmember Solorio: <br />• Informed all of City staff success in securing $5 million for water meter project <br />and sewer project; <br />• Possibility of pursuing a public nuisance charge against the outpatient homeless <br />facility that Councilmember Sarmiento attempted to address at the Board of <br />Supervisors meeting. <br />Councilmember Villegas: <br />• Thanked Police Chief Valentin and all officers who attended the Orange County <br />Peace Officer Memorial event. <br />Councilmember Benavides: <br />• Commented on many positive events located within the City and encouraged <br />the community to take advantage of what the City has to offer. <br />Mayor Pulido: <br />• Adjourned in memory of Allen E.
