The report includes <br />tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule is available on the City's website at: <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant matters related to CIP projects: <br />Traffic Signal Head Upgrades <br />The Traffic Signal Head Upgrades project involves replacing the colored (Red, Yellow, Green) <br />traffic signal LED lights from nonstandard 8 -inch -diameter lamps to larger, more visible 12 -inch - <br />diameter lamps. Nonstandard lamps will be replaced citywide to improve safety and serve as a <br />countermeasure to collisions involving rear -end- and right -angle -type collisions. See Exhibit 2 for <br />the project location map. The project total cost is $655,600 and is 100% funded by federal -aid <br />highway funds through the Highway Safety Improvement Program (Cycle 7). <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />This item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 – Community Health, Livability, Engagement <br />& Sustainability, Objective #1 (establish a comprehensive community engagement initiative to <br />19C-1 <br />
