Commercial/Industrial Inspection and Database <br />Management Consultant Services <br />Robert Buser ā€” Database Manager <br />Mr. Buser will be the database manager responsible for verifying the technical quality of existing web <br />applications and database, providing design and review of new web applications, and will assist with the <br />inventory updates. Mr. Buser has developed and maintained several web applications including the City's <br />industrial/commercial web application and database. Ms. Smith has <br />completed over one thousand industrial/commercial inspections on behalf of various cities and has <br />completed the core competencies training program. Her environmental work has involved site <br />characterization and remediation, environmental site assessment and compliance, and storm water <br />inspection, sampling, and BMP assessments. <br />Education: B.A., Geology, Occidental College, 1981 <br />Percentage of time devoted to project: 30% <br />Core Competencies Training: Documentation available meeting requirements as a municipal, commercial, <br />and industrial inspector. <br />Sepideh Sarachi, PhD, PE, QISP ā€” Database Manager, NPDES Compliance Inspector; Special <br />Inspections and Studies; Trash Provisions <br />Ms. Sarachi has experience in water resources and storm water management, drainage engineering and <br />design development, water quality resources, water quality modelling, environmental permitting and <br />municipal, commercial and industrial compliance. Under the last contact period, Ms. Sarachi completed the <br />industrial/commercial inventory updates, completed hundreds of inspections as an NPDES Compliance <br />Inspector, assisted with GIS updates for the trash provisions, and assisted with a TMDL support project. Ms. <br />Sarachi is a QISP and has prepared SWPPPs on behalf of industrial clients with coverage under the IGP. Ms. <br />Sarachi has extensive knowledge of the significant redevelopment program and has reviewed WQMPs of <br />behalf of several cities and clients such as John Wayne Airport. Ms. Henry has completed hundreds of industrial/commercial inspections and <br />has completed the core competencies training program. Ms. Henry's responsibilities have included <br />evaluating pollutant sources at industrial facilities, IGP SWPPP preparation, site inspections, evaluation and <br />recommendation of BMPs, review of mandatory minimum BMPs and documentation of in lieu BMPs under <br />eā€¢ā€¢ wood <br />
