Exhibit A Purple Hollistic Community Benefit and Sustainable Business Practices Plan Purple Hollistic is committed to giving back to the Santa Ana community and improving the lives of its residents, while minimizing its effect on the environment and creating sustainable business practices. As fully described below, Purple Hollistic holds numerous events throughout the year to educate and benefit the community, hires locally, and has implemented and plans to implement various green initiatives. Christopher Francy, Director Biography: Chris Francy is a serial entrepreneur now specializing in cannabis retail businesses. Chris' first business, a computer components e-commerce retailer, landed at #104 on the 2004 Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies. Chris was awarded the young entrepreneur award in 2012 from the U.S. Small Business Administration. Chris now operates two other licensed dispensaries in Santa Ana, known as OC3 and Bud and Bloom. Chris is committed to improving the community, and to that end has recently made monetary donations in 2017 and 2018 to community organizations, and has been volunteering his time as a private tutor with I(idWorks as well. Chris donated $500 to the Santa Ana - based non-profit Orange County Housing Corporation in 2017 In his other two stores, Chris is the hands-on Director managing the day-to-day affairs of each business. Francy is intimately involved in every issue regarding company policies, human resources, standard operating procedures, state and local law compliance, inventory, merchandising, sales tax obligations, and tax filings. He attends a weekly meeting with two teams of management employees to review all company status and priorities for growth. Purple Hollistic's Community Benefit Practices As part of its mission to serve the community and educate patients, Purple Hollistic offers multiple community outreach and education programs. Individual Patient Consultations Purple Hollistics's Individual Patient Consultations are an opportunity for community members to get educated on a one-on-one basis by an adult -use cannabis specialist. These specialists guide customers through what product(s), dosing and route of administration might be right for each customer. Community customers benefit greatly from these individual consultations, including those who are new to using cannabis, senior citizens, and cancer and pain users. Purple Hollistic provides the Individual Consultations at no cost to community members. Special Event Days Special Event days is an opportunity for the community to gather and benefit from the different programs, to learn about cannabis and its health benefits, partner with local businesses, and teach about safe cannabis practices.
