:hmarks <br />ess of Neutral Ground will be determined by: <br />1. 100% enrollment of student participants, with each Community Intervention Worker (CIW)holding an active caseload <br />of no more than 40 students at a time. <br />2. consistent attendance at after school programming and services <br />3. measurement of successful violence interventions <br />4. positive feedback from students, parents, school administrators, and community. <br />performance Measures <br />Neutral Ground tracks and measures performance throughout service -delivery. Enrollment numbers are tracked through <br />intake assessments and CIW case load. Participant involvement is tracked and measured through attendance sign -in at all <br />programming, detailed case progress notes for one-on-one interventions, and staff observations and tracking of street <br />outreach and home visits. Internal incident reports site school violence and any interventions and de -escalations. Students, <br />parents, and school staff provide both quantitative and qualitative assessments and feedback on student growth and progress, <br />as well as Neutral Ground's performance. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
