SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br />PLANNING AND BUILDING AGENCY <br />Air Quality Improvement Trust Fund <br />PROGRAM <br />03116510 <br />To formulate and coordinate policies and programs and assist in the improvement of the City's air quality, <br />The Fleet Services Division of the Finance Departinent is assigned the responsibility of forinulating and coordinating <br />the City's air quality improvement policies and programs. The Planning Division of the Planning & Building <br />Agency takes a lead role in the participation in a number of regional planning and air quality groups/activities, <br />including the Orange County Council of Government Technical Advisory Committee, The Air Quality Trust Fund <br />covers a majority of the costs to facilitate these efforts, and also funds miscellaneous air quality improvement <br />projects, <br />SERVICE PROGRAM <br />AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />Planning staff works with Fleet Services in administering the City's air quality improvement activities. This includes <br />identifying goals, policies, programs, and funding source(s) for local implementation of Federal and State ambient <br />air quality goals. The City builds upon the analysis and findings of the ongoing Technical Advisory Committee of <br />the Orange County Council of Governments, <br />6WA <br />
