Only the viewable space will print. <br />City Net will provide street outreach services to 400 homeless neighbors in Santa Ana for the fiscal year ending 2019. <br />Street outreach is service delivery for the specific purpose of reaching out to unsheltered homeless neighbors; connecting <br />them with emergency shelter, housing, or critical services; and providing urgent, non -facility -based care.
