<br />Design, negotiate, and market boslnssdevelopment
<br />packages and fina ncia I tools necessary for redevelopmentand
<br />revitalization programs.

<br />Manage the development ardimplememationof the
<br />Development Services Department goals, objectives, policies,
<br />and prioriti:sfor eachassgned seNkearea. Establish, within
<br />Cty policy, appropriate service and staffing levels ar d allocate

<br />Monitor the architectural and ergm*arirg work on projects to
<br />ensure coriformame with the Agency's redevelopment goals
<br />and the City's gereralplan.
<br />Coordinate land acquisihort demolition and disposition,
<br />financing and ronstructionactivdles Inaccordarce with
<br />program ioi cies and requirements, administer the sa le of

<br />Assess and monitor work load, adminlstrahve and support

<br />Direct the preparation of agenda Kerns for the OtyCouncil,
<br />Planning Commission, Historic and keno Preservation
<br />Commission, and other committeescommissions, a rd Wards
<br />involved in laird use,developmentandgeneraI plan rig
<br />activities, Developard review'staff reports related to planning
<br />and building functions.
<br />Rega rdingthe Historic and Scenic Preservation Committee,
<br />develop a rd present recommendations on development
<br />permit,conditloral use permitsvariances; tentative tract
<br />maps, residential planned development permits, ordinance
