• The following improvements within the PE area will be protected in place: <br />o None <br />• The following improvements within the PE area will be constructed and/or replaced by <br />OCTA: <br />o Linear concrete pavers <br />o Decorative concrete banding <br />o Landscaping and trees <br />o Fire Hydrant <br />o Water Main <br />o Site Drainage System <br />• Surface drainage patterns will be maintained during construction and restored to pre- <br />existing conditions. <br />• Prior to the termination of the Construction Period, OCTA will remove from the PE area <br />all construction equipment and materials including, without limitation, any temporary <br />fence, any temporary improvements, and all construction -related debris. <br />• There shall not be constructed any improvement in, on, over, under, across or within the <br />PE that would impede the rights as defined herein. <br />OCTA expressly reserves the right to convey, transfer, or assign the PE subject to the same rights <br />and limitations described herein. <br />Dated this day of 2018. <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />Raul Godinez, II <br />City Manager <br />Approved as to Form: <br />W <br />Sonia R.
