The project consists of installing traffic safety enhancements on city <br />streets adjacent to Heninger Elementary School (Exhibit 1). The traffic safety improvements <br />include a new traffic signal at the intersection of Flower Street and Walnut Street and bulb -outs at <br />the intersection of Walnut Street and Birch Street. <br />The table below is a summary of the authorized project funds and the final expenditures, <br />including any additional work. There were no cost extras on this project.
