EXHIBIT 3 <br />Question 5: Describe how your project will stimulate economic development for the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br />"The sign of a great state or a great city is the strength of its cultural life." This project will create <br />an effort to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for the community by creating <br />diversity in Public Art as well as generating additional revenue for surrounding businesses from <br />Tourist. Study show the importance of public arts and culture as an effective product for tourism <br />professionals both domestically and internationally.
