John served as Project Manager for a floodplain delineation study <br />funded through FEMA's Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP). John served as Project Manager for a flood risk and coastal flood hazard <br />engineering analysis for the America's Cup 34 event in San Francisco. <br />Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP), Los Angeles County, Los <br />Angeles, California (Project Director). John served as Project Director for development of the <br />LA County Integrated Regional Water Management Plan. <br />Program Management for FloodSAFE California, California DWR, Sacramento, CA <br />(Technical Lead). John served as a key member of the FloodSAFE California internal strategic <br />team charged with Implementing the planning components of California Bond Measure 1E and <br />Proposition 84. <br />On -Call Floodplain Management Consulting, San Diego County, San Diego, CA <br />(Technical Lead).
