PROP0SAL p <br />Civic Center 5tormwoterLiftStationRenovation Design Services 3rr <br />Alan Ashimine <br />Environmental <br />Mr. Ashimine prepares environmental and planning studies for <br />public and private sector clients under the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental <br />Policy Act (NEPA). He has extensive experience in the <br />research, analysis, and writing of environmental documentation <br />for a variety of projects involving Infrastructure, redevelopment, <br />residential, and Industrial uses. Using his broad background <br />and understanding of environmental constraints, Mr. Ashimine <br />provides defensible CEQA/NEPA compliance review and <br />environmental documentation. He uses the skills developed in <br />each of his specialized disciplines to prepare and process <br />environmental documents for a diverse range of projects and <br />land uses. <br />Mr. Ashimine uses his experience to manage and author <br />environmental documentation, often incorporating the results of <br />complex technical documentation to substantiate conclusions <br />within the document. Mr. Ashimine has also successfully <br />prepared environmental documentation for a range of highly <br />controversial projects subject to scrutiny by the general public, <br />environmental organizations, and public agencies. Using his <br />broad background and understanding of environmental <br />constraints, Mr. Ashimine provides detailed, legally sound <br />CEQA/NEPA compliance review and environmental <br />documentation. <br />Project Experience <br />Bay Bridge Pump Station and Force Mains Rehabilitation <br />Study and EIR, Newport Beach, California. Orange County <br />Sanitation District. Environmental Specialist. Managed the <br />preparation of the environmental document. Michael Baker <br />was contracted to deliver a rehabilitation study that provides a <br />solution to reduce the client's risk exposure for rehabilitation of <br />the Bay Bridge Pump Station and Force Mains, one of the <br />client's most critical assets, resulting in agency acceptance <br />and permits for rejuvenation. Michael Baker also prepared an <br />EIR covering the selected location of the new pump station and <br />associated force mains. <br />Linda Vista Complex Facility Master Plan, Anaheim, <br />California. City of Anaheim. Environmental Specialist. <br />Managed the preparation of the environmental document. <br />Michael Baker provided permitting, environmental, civil, <br />structural, and electrical engineering services for a facility <br />master plan at the Linda Vista Complex, a strategic water <br />supply source in Anaheim's water system.
