(e) no substitution of a United States Treasury Obligation shall be permitted <br />except with another United States Treasury Obligation and upon delivery of a new <br />Verification; and <br />(f) the cash or United States Treasury Obligations are not available to satisfy <br />any other claims, including those by or against the trustee or escrow agent. <br />(9) Repurchase agreements which have a maximum maturity of 30 days, or due on <br />demand, and are fully secured at or greater than 102% of the market value plus accrued interest <br />by obligations of the United States Government, its agencies and instrumentalities, in accordance <br />with number (2) above. <br />(10) Investment agreements and guaranteed investment contracts with issuers having a <br />long-term debt rating of at least "AA-" by S&P. <br />(11) Local Agency Investment Fund (established under Section 16429.1 of the <br />California Government Code), provided that such investment is held in the name and to the <br />credit of the Trustee, and provided further that the Trustee may restrict such investment if <br />required to keep moneys available for the purposes of the Indenture. <br />(12) Shares in a State of California common law trust established pursuant to Title 1, <br />Division 7, Chapter 5 of the California Government Code which invests exclusively in <br />investments permitted by Section 53601 of Title 5, Division 2, Chapter 4 of the California <br />Government Code, as it may be amended. <br />"Principal Account" shall mean the account maintained within the Tax Increment Fund <br />pursuant to Section 5.03 of the Indenture. <br />"Principal Installment" shall mean, with respect to any Principal Payment Date, the <br />principal amount of Outstanding Bonds (including mandatory sinking fund payments) due on <br />such date, if any. <br />"Principal Corporate Trust Office" shall mean the office of the Trustee in Los <br />Angeles, California, except that with respect to presentation of Bonds for payment, transfer or <br />exchange, such term shall mean the corporate trust office, or agency of the Trustee at any <br />particular time its corporate trust agency business shall be conducted, or such other offices as it <br />shall designate from time to time. <br />"Principal Payment Date" shall mean any September 1 on which principal of any Series <br />of Bonds is scheduled to be paid, commencing on 1, 20_ with respect to the Series 2018 <br />Bonds. <br />"Project Area" shall mean collectively the territory comprising the following <br />redevelopment projects of the Agency: (i) the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project, <br />approved by Ordinance No. NS -2039 enacted by the City Council of the City on December 4, <br />1989; (ii) the Central City Redevelopment Project, approved by Ordinance No. NS -1173 <br />enacted by the City Council of the City on July 2, 1973, (iii) the Inter -City Commuter <br />Station Redevelopment Project, approved by Ordinance No. ,NS -1636 enacted by the City <br />Council of the City on July 6, 1982; the North Harbor Boulevard Redevelopment Project, <br />4150-2542-5420.3 1 1 <br />40990-25 <br />SA -3-29 <br />
