RESOLUTION NO. 2018-047 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA SETTING FORTH THE <br />LANGUAGE OF A BALLOT TITLE REGARDING WHETHER THE <br />CITY CHARTER SHOULD BE AMENDED TO MODERNIZE AND <br />REMOVE OUTDATED LANGUAGE TO REFLECT CHANGES OR <br />CONFLICTS IN THE CITY OR STATE LAW CONCERNING <br />GIFTS AND CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS AND DESIGNATED <br />CITY FUNDS; CREATE CONSISTENCY IN THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE REGARDING BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; AND MOVE <br />THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO BE INCLUDED ON THE BALLOT FOR <br />THE 2018 GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER <br />6, 2018 <br />iii.
