Amendment to OC Streetcar Design Cooperative Agreement <br />July 17, 2018 <br />Page 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City has agreed to a $200,000 purchase price for two easements at the City Hall parking lot. <br />These funds will be set aside for any unforeseen expenditures related to the implementation of <br />the OC Streetcar route in Santa Ana. The recommended appropriation adjustment will recognize <br />income from the easement purchase in the amount of $200,000 into the Select Street <br />Construction Revenue Account (No. 05917002-57071) and appropriate the same into the Select <br />Street Construction Expenditure Account (No. 05917660-66220). <br />/ I �?
