<br />Gary Vasquez, RLA, is the director of design at David Volz Design and will draw upon his 25 years of

<br />enhanced crosswalks, decorative parkway and median railings enrich the overall aesthetic image and
<br />provide a cohesive set of elements along this important Grand Avenue corridor. The materials, colors,
<br />design elements and detailing of these aesthetic street improvement projects are being incorporated
<br />into other sites throughout the city.
