His extensive experience has specialized In topography and boundary surveys on <br />the Big Island of Hawaii and California. He has been involved in numerous pre -design base mapping <br />surveys so other professional disciplines responsible for the planning, engineering, feasibility studies, <br />design and preparation of plans and specifications, can utilize his base mapping information. Provided survey services for cross <br />sections, survey of existing cross gutters to be replaced as well as curb ramps. The project includes <br />preparing plans, specifications and cost estimates (PS&E) for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of <br />streets as part of the City's Arterial Pavement Rehabilitation Project (CIP 15109) for Fiscal Years 2014- <br />15 and 2015-2016. <br />LRS Federal, Riverside, CA. Principal surveyor for the 780 -acre aerial and ground edit project that <br />included approximately one mile of existing sewer line that required establishing existing flow grades. <br />Saint John Vianney Church, Del Amo Construction, Hacienda Heights, CA. Principal surveyor for the <br />construction staking of a proposed sewer line. <br />Residential Streets Rehabilitation Program for Year 2015-16, City of Buena Park, CA. Performed as <br />surveyor -in -charge for the $2 -million, Topographic Street Design Survey, Construction Staking and <br />Monument Preservation tasks covering the pre- and post -construction corner record survey and filings <br />In compliance with the Professional Land Surveyor's Act. The coverage consisted of streets within <br />approximately 10 subdivision tracts. <br />Irvine Business Center, CIP ff 316310, City of Irvine CA. Principal surveyor for construction staking of <br />sidewalks, driveways and comprehensive pre- and post- construction monument preservation <br />consisting of corner records and a final record of survey map that were filed and recorded, <br />respectively. <br />Irvine Business Center, CIP ft 319100, Irvine CA. Principal surveyor for the construction staking for 1.5 <br />staging and on-ramp at Culver Drive. Comprehensive pre- and post- construction monument <br />preservation consisted of corner records that were filed. <br />Industrial Street Rehabilitation Surveys, City of Buena Park, CA. Principal surveyor for the planning <br />phase of a street rehabilitation, which included survey records research, horizontal and vertical control <br />establishment, topography, monument preservation and delivery coordination with the civil engineers <br />towards the design phase. <br />Rosecrans Avenue, Cities of Englewood to Manhattan Beach (6 Miles), CA. Principal surveyor for the <br />detailed ground -topographic survey, verification for the existing centerline monuments for record map <br />compilation for six (6) miles of roadway from the Englewood to Manhattan Beach.
