<br />who currentlyserves as the County of Orange plan check manager for TAIT, has 88 years of experience In a
<br />variety of pub Ile works projects. He Is also a certified QSD/P and Isthe best candidate to review the design
<br />documents For the Clty to ensure they are to the standards required and free of error prior to submittal to the
<br />City, Mr, Schmieder's broad background ranges from planning and design of the Orange County Toll Roods to
<br />preparing construction documents to Orange County' new Animal Care Facility In Tustin,
<br />In addition to the noted KeyStaff, TAIT boasts a wide array of 150 associates Including Engineers, Architects,
<br />Surveyors, Storm Water Practitioners, Geologists, Contractor's,.and quality design engineers, The Cltycan be
