<br />An Initial assessment will be performed to evaluate the existing condition of the water well. Based on the Initial
<br />evaluations, rehabilitation options will be proposed. The entire well will have to pulled and the casing will have to
<br />be video inspected. Common causes of reduced well capacity could be sanding, rupture of casing, mineral build-

<br />Lip, heavy encrustation, screen damage, screen clogging or mechanical failures of the pump. Depending on the
<br />assessment, rshabllltation could Include brushing and bailing casing, replacing ruptured casing, adding an elon•
<br />gated nozzle to bull to reduce sand flow, chemical treatment, remachine the pump and or rewind. After the initial
<br />evaluation, Willdan will work with City's current maintenance and repair contractor to rehabilitate the wall or will
<br />work with the City to bid out the project.
