<br />Mr, Heggtveit has provided design engineering in various water
<br />and wastewater projects Including domestic and reclaimed water
<br />pipelines, water main replacements, gravity sewer mains, pump
<br />stations, lift stations, reinforced concrete reservoirs, flow control
<br />facilities, recycled water customer conversions, and pressure
<br />reducing valve vaults. Responsibilities have included preparation
<br />of construction plans, specifications, and design calculations;
<br />assisted supervisors In preparing project memorandums.
<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Mid -Basin Injection: Centennial Park Design Services,
<br />Orange County Water District, Santa Ana, CA - Design of four
<br />Injection wells to be located within Centennial Park in the City of
<br />Santa Ana for Orange Count Water District. In addition to the
<br />engineering services for the four injection wells, the project
<br />includes the design of the supply pipeline, backfiush pipeline;
<br />bridge crossing, two shared facility sites, a monitoring well site,
<br />site improvements, and paving of park access roads and parking
<br />lots,
<br />Irvine pesalter Project Potable and Non -Potable Well Drilling
<br />and Equipping, Irvine Ranch Water District, Irvine, CA -
<br />Design Engineer for the preparation of plans and specifications
<br />for the drilling and equipping of design of well drilling for five
<br />potable water wells and one non potable water well. This
<br />included wellhead equipping for each well for bath aboveground
<br />and belowground facilities. Also included in this project was
<br />modification to an existing non -potable water well,
<br />Robertson's Ready Mix Recycled Water Pipeline and
<br />Conversion, Irvine Ranch Water District, Irvine, CA - Design
<br />Engineer for the design of 650 feet of 6-inch pipe, appurtenances
<br />and above ground flow meter assembly to serve Robertson's
<br />Deady Mix recycled water. The project also included assisting
<br />the District with evaluating the necessary on -site modifications
<br />and coordinating with County and State Health Officials.
<br />Recycled Water Distribution System Expansion, RW
<br />Customer Retrofits, El Toro Water District, Laguna Woods,
<br />CA - Provided design services for over 200 irrigation meters
<br />within Laguna Woods Village, City of Laguna Woods and City of
<br />Laguna Hills. Work included preparing technical memorandums
<br />for each major customer, performing preliminary site irrigation
<br />spray tests, design of recycled water retrofit plans for each
<br />property parcel, submittal to State and County Departments of
<br />Public Health (DPH) for recycled water retrofit plan review of
<br />each property. Working closely with the El Toro Water District,
<br />State and County Departments of Public Health, and each of the
<br />retrofit customers was critical to the success of this project,
