Her experience includes the <br />design of water and wastewater infrastructure, storm sewer design, drainage area mapping, preparation of <br />environmental documents, and construction management. <br />Rivera has completed the Texas Department of Transportation Qualificiation certification for Local <br />Government Project Procedures (LGPP) to manage federally funded programs. She has managed several <br />design and construction projects that were funded with federal funds.
