<br />Traffic Engineering
<br />Wllldan's traffic engineers serve as contract city traffio engineers or provide traffic engineering services
<br />throughout California, They are experts In conducting traffic surveys and data collection, Investigating
<br />motorist and vehicle characteristics, identifying and making recommendations on traffic safety and uti.
<br />lizing traffic laws and enforcement to determine traffic signal timing, and evaluating highway operations,

<br />Wllldan prepares traffic engineering designs to warn, regulate, and guide traffic. We develop geometric
<br />design and channelizatlon, traffic signal and street lighting plans, parking lot designs, and traffic control

<br />Wllldan has expertise in hydrology, drainage, and flood control— ranging from local and regional drain-
