Huizar <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term"') of Agreement No. A-2018-030, entered by MDG Associates, Inc., and the <br />City of Santa Ana, dated February 20, 2018, the City hereby exercises its first one (1) year extension of the <br />Term of the Agreement, thus extending the time period of said Agreement for an additional one (1) year <br />period, from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
