<br />Having experience in both the public and private engineering sectors, Marc Haslinger brings a broad wealth
<br />of experience to his jobs. He has managed and designed numerous municipal, residential, and commercial
<br />projects throughout Southern California from initial planning and feasibility studies through final design,
<br />construction, and construction management. His experience has included residential, commercial, and
<br />industrial developments; potable and reclaimed water transmission mains and flood control facilities;
<br />roadway improvements; and construction management. Haslinger is well -versed in the tools of construction
<br />management, contract administration, planning, design, and processing.
<br />Complementing Haslinger's project management capabilities is a hands-on approach and technical
