<br />quality design, planning, and construction support sorvioes, as well as be available to City staff.throughout the duration of
<br />this on -call contract, Darren will be supported by a team bf experienced engineers and subconsultant speccialists who will
<br />act as task managers, providing backup to the project manager, as wall as task,management and technical support for
<br />each task based on scope of work for each project.
<br />Darren will coordinate all team members' afforts and deliverables, including those of our subconsuitants, Before a pi'pject
<br />starts, he will conduct a project scoping meeting with all respective team members to brainstorm the project issues to
<br />make sure their experience matches the requirements of the project scope, Our team will also conduct;a project initiation
<br />meeting with the appro. prlate team members to coordinate the project plan including mllestonas, deliverables, end current
<br />project events, Project coordination meetings will be scheduled depending upon the project duration to make sure the
<br />project remains on track with the project plan.. Klmley-Horn will also review the work performed by subconsultants as part
<br />of our quality Control standards.
